On the Mediterranean coast between Tangier and Nador, one comes across small rivers, creeks, sheltered beaches and cliffs, which are ideal for swimming, fishing and boating. The Atlantic coast is rocky in many places, but also has good sandy beaches and sheltered coves.

The Imperial Cities
