Zaragoza is the capital of the Aragon and is also its largest city. In spite of its big city, Zaragoza remains a friendly and comfortable place to go, that travelers and tourists will forget some of the hustle and bustle of big cities. Also known as the “City of Four Cultures”, because the imprint it left the (actually five) Iberian civilizations, Roman, Jewish, Muslim and Christian, is a pleasure to walk slowly to see all the monuments and buildings. The City of Zaragoza offers a guided tour that takes travelers through the center of the city, offering also the opportunity to stop to regain strength in the typical bars and taverns in the area. In this route we will visit sites such as the Roman Walls, the Basilica del Pilar, La Lonja, the Cathedral of San Salvador (La Seo), the many palaces, the Modernist market and other churches and buildings of emergency. In the province of Zaragoza is also much to see out of the capital, famous locations like the natural environment of the Monasterio de Piedra, the Gallocanta Lake, with over two hundred types of birds among which the cranes, or the route of the Cinco Villas with Sos del Rey Catolico as representative population of the Middle Ages in Spain, are places no one to be missed.

Teruel Mudejar is the city par excellence, a capital that struggle to be recognized nationally and internationally all the island’s attractions. Not surprisingly, its architectural setting has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Mudejar style is a beautiful blend of Gothic and Muslim, while being a symbol of peaceful and fruitful coexistence of two cultures. The Cathedral and the Towers of San Salvador and San Martin are examples of this style par excellence, the Calatayud and Daroca locations also have beautiful exponents. Since leaving the capital, we can guide our steps toward Albarracin, a town that is proud to be Monument National Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts and is given by UNESCO to obtain the title of World Heritage. This population is astonishing, which is perfectly accompanied by the environment of the Sierra de Albarracín and Universal Mounts, birthplace of the River Tagus. The town of Alcaniz offers a magnificent architectural ensemble, which highlights the Renaissance style, also part of the famous Route Drum and Bass Drum (with Calanda to represent “official”), a tradition that goes back to nothing less than 400 years ago.

To conclude this review aragonenses land, will leave the way of the Pyrenees, towards the province of Huesca. Exceptional destination for hikers, lovers of adventure sports enthusiasts and mountain climbing and ski lovers, Huesca is also an incredible heritage. A magnificent peaks (Aneto, Posets, Monte Perdido) and parks, among which is located the first national park in Spain: Parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido, is joined by towns like Jaca, the starting point of Road Santiago Spanish. In Jaca we can admire its Romanesque cathedral, the sixteenth-century citadel and its monumental cover. El Valle de Anso and Benasque Riglos Mallos, San Juan de la Peña, Parque Natural de la Sierra and Canyons de Guara and Spa Panticosa are other notable landmarks in this beautiful province, which was the birthplace of former Kingdom of Aragon.
